Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL or DPD with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages are generally dispatched via DB SCHENKER, DHL or DPD with tracking and drop-off at our address. Packages may also be dispatched with or without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we'll send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them.
Packages are suitably sized and your items are adequately protected.
